How to get TR069 pcap trace:

• Start pcap trace by login to vega linux box as explained in below link
  Start VEGA pcap trace

• Now Login to VEGA CLI either by telnet or SSH and execute below command -
  admin> cwmp restart

• Wait for 30 sec to 1 min to let TR069 negotiation to finish. 

• Stop pcap trace get the pcap trace as explained in below link
  Get pcap trace from VEGA
