Open the TeamHub Desktop, Mobile or Web app.
Select Chat in the panel on the left side.
Once you have accessed TeamHub Chat you have two primary methods to interact with ASK Sangoma:

For a personalized experience, you can engage in a one-on-one conversation with ASK Sangoma. Simply send a direct message, and the bot will provide you with the information you need.
Start a new Chat Direct Message
Using the chat mention option, find asksangoma (@asksangoma ).
Mark it as a Favorite for quick access!
Chat Channel
If you prefer a collaborative approach, you can pose your questions in a Chat Channel by mentioning the bot:

Thread Context
When responding in a thread, ASK Sangoma uses the message history to provide relevant answers, ensuring context is maintained for more accurate responses.
