IMG 1010 - Routing Configuration Object

Description:

The Routing Configuration pane is a container that holds all the routing-related objects.  From this pane, right click and you can select from a list of multiple objects that have to do with Routing. See screen capture below.

Accessing this Pane:

Dialogic IMG EMS -> New Routing Configuration

Maximum Objects:

1 Per Dialogic IMG EMS

Technical Notes:

When configuring the Routing Configuration, the following happens:

The PPL table based objects used for the generation of the resource tables, route tables, and translation tables are created.

 

For each node that exists the following is performed:

An SSL Configure message is sent to set the proper operational mode of the GCL. This is followed by two SSL Configure messages, which set the SSL Group Types of SSL Groups 0 and 1 to PSTN and subscriber respectively. At this point, the treatment table is downloaded to the IMG. Finally, if any Bearer – IP objects are defined, a resource table will be generated and downloaded.  Otherwise, the resource table will perform a delete operation cleaning out the table.
