SIP Signaling - Register AOR

The SIP Register AOR represents the AOR that will be used by the IMG 2020 to register with the registrar (external gateway) when Multiple AOR or Multiple Bulk AOR registration mode is selected in the SIP Network Element.

To register the SIP AOR, press the Register button located beneath the SIP Register AOR object. If SIP AOR is re-configured, the IMG 2020 will need to be re-registered by pressing the Register button again.

Maximum Objects

Can create up to 15 SIP Register AOR per Network Element Object.

Field Descriptions

UserName (AOR) (Address of Record)

The SIP Username or Address of Record (AOR) specifies the To: and From: URI user part that will be used in the outbound registration messages. This field is automatically populated with the hostname of the IMG 2020 which by default is Dialogic-BDN0.

Authentication UserName

The Username that the IMG 2020 will use to authenticate when registering with a SIP Network Element.

Authentication Password

The Password the IMG 2020 will use to authenticate when registering with a SIP Network Element.

SIP Register AOR Connection Status

This field displays the registration status of the SIP Register AOR.

Status

SIP AOR is Not Registered

SIP AOR is Registered

Button Functionality

Register

Click on the Register button to register with an external SIP User Agent or SIP Client.

Unregister

Click on the Unregister button to unregister with an external SIP User Agent or SIP Client.
