Getting Support for your Sangoma Phones

Support on Sangoma Phones can be handled in 3 ways.

  • General Questions and Comments should be handled through our Forums at http://community.freepbx.org/

    • If you do not have a login for our forums you can signup for a account here

    • You will generally see quick replies and great information from Sangoma Staff and other users of the Sangoma Phones

    • Using our forums is open for all users of our phones free of charge.
       

  • Reporting a bug or to make a feature request is handled through our support center at https://support.sangoma.com

    • The login for this site is the same as the Sangoma Portal.

    • When reporting a bug please make sure to include steps to reproduce the issue.

    • When requesting a feature be added please make sure to be as detailed as possible including normal use case for the feature.

  • Support Request

    • You can receive free support on your Sangoma Phone for questions related to using your Sangoma Phone from https://support.sangoma.com

    • Free support can only be offered on customers using Sangoma Phones with FreePBX Disto configured through End Point Manager.
