From here you can create multiple outgoing translation table objects by right clicking on Outgoing Translation Tables object and select New Translation Table.

Dialogic IMG EMS -> New Routing Configuration -> New Outgoing Translation Tables
Maximum Objects:
1 Outgoing Translation Tables object per Routing Configuration object
