Sangoma Phone Desktop Client Call Pop Ups

Added new Call Pop Up Enable/Disable option in sangomaconnect settings page, when set to 'yes', then show the `Enable Call Pop Up` option in Sangoma Phone Desktop app, otherwise not showing this section.

In Sangoma Phone Desktop app, Users will see the new options in settings section:

When `Enable Call Pop Up` option set as true, then Sangoma Phone can load a webpage in the OS default browser for all incoming calls.

Call variables that can be used for the URL are:

CALLER_ID_NAME
CALLER_ID_NUMBER
INCOMING_DID
