Set Up e911

  • Once your system has been set up after purchase and you log into the PBXact Cloud Store, you will need to set up E911.

  • You will notice a warning that you need to set up e911.  Until you do so, you will not be able to do anything else with your PBXact Cloud Location.  

    • Press the red Add E911 Address button as shown below:

  • Provide the physical address that you want us to register anytime someone dials 911 from your main number.  Your primary number is shown at the top of the form.

    • You can change which number is your primary DID from the Numbers section.

  • Press Save E911 when done.
     

  • You can now log into your PBX Admin and set up your PBX.
