How to collect logs from commercial module

The following information needs to be collected from the Sangoma connect commercial module when debugging an issue:

  1. The FreePBX deployment id, available on the Sangoma Connect module page

  2. The FreePBX Connect domain, available on the Sangoma Connect module page as well

  3. Connect Email addresses of the user/users having the issue (if applicable)

Here is a screenshot of the Sangoma Connect module page with all the required information:

To collect Sangoma Connect debugging logs from the PBX, ssh t your PBX and run the following command:

Collect connect debug logs

tar -cvf /tmp/SangomaConnnectDebug.tar /var/log/asterisk/sangomaconnect_* /var/log/asterisk/connect-proxy*

Then collect the generated /tmp/SangomaConnnectDebug.tar file and share it with Sangoma Support.
