How to collect logs from commercial module
The following information needs to be collected from the Sangoma connect commercial module when debugging an issue:
The FreePBX deployment id, available on the Sangoma Connect module page
The FreePBX Connect domain, available on the Sangoma Connect module page as well
Connect Email addresses of the user/users having the issue (if applicable)

To collect Sangoma Connect debugging logs from the PBX, ssh t your PBX and run the following command:
Collect connect debug logs
tar -cvf /tmp/SangomaConnnectDebug.tar /var/log/asterisk/sangomaconnect_* /var/log/asterisk/connect-proxy*
Then collect the generated /tmp/SangomaConnnectDebug.tar file and share it with Sangoma Support.
