The web admin panel at http://cp.fonality.com has a row of tabs across the top:

  • AutoAnswer: For editing call menus (either voice prompts or ringing a number of phones)

  • Users/Extensions: People's names, extensions numbers, passwords, and contact details.  Also group permissions, such as what people can and cannot do with HUD.

  • ACD/UAE: For Call Center Edition, Call queues, where agents can log in and start receiving calls, or log out and stop receiving calls.  Note: You still have to route callers *to* queues from the AutoAnswer call menus

  • Reporting: CDR reports (inbound/outbound call records) and ACD reports (how queues are performing; Call Center Edition or higher).

  • Status: (dedicated/premise-based servers only) How your server is performing, if a hard disk is filling up, and sending you e-mail alerts if certain conditions are met.

  • Options: Set your admin password, server timezone, update your administrator contact information.  For dedicated/premise-based servers also configure cards, VoIP trunks, IP settings, and dialplans.
