  1. Click AutoAnswer --> edit call menu

  2. Under Add New Sequence select "After step: X" where X is the number of the step before the order in the call sequence where you wish to insert the greeting.

  3. Select Play Voice Prompt from the drop-down next to "add new step:".  You have two options with this sequence:

    1. allow Keypress - while your voice prompt plays, the caller can press a button at any time to advance to another sub-menu or extension

    2. disallow Keypress - the caller may not press any button during the voice prompt.  This sequence is particularly useful when you need to make an announcement to all callers.  For example, if you close early on a Friday, you may wish to setup a voice prompt that says "We are closed.  Please call back later." and not allow the caller to press any button that would route them to an unattended location within the system

  4. Click "Apply All Changes"

  5. The Admin Panel refreshes and your new sequence appears in the list.  From the drop-down menu next to Play:, choose the voice prompt you wish to play to your callers
