CommUnity 2.4.11 Release was completed early this morning and I wanted to provide you some of the highlights/fixes that were included in this release.
Users were unable to receive queue calls when call device/location is set to mobile phone number (FX-6874).
myHUD was not showing any indication the user is on a call when making or receiving calls at mobile location (HN-3624).
Presence was not publishing "terminated" event to change BLF state (FX-6868).
When a User invited an external number to a conference room, the caller sees caller ID as Unknown, if Site Forward Caller ID Option is set to Original (FX-6860, HN-3423).
Unable to upload IVR Prompt due to 500 server error (FX-6839).
myHUD softphone - application did not appear in "default" app for Click to Dial on a few systems (HN-1659, HN-3520).
CY/CX DTMF was not detected when transferring a CY call via CX user to CY IVR (HN-3618).
