Why am I being switched from Zoom to Meet?

Sangoma strives to provide its customers with excellent value and hence has now developed its own Video Collaboration tool which means that Zoom's product is no longer required for us to provide you with a comprehensive solution for your Unified Communication needs.

I am not familiar with Meet. Does it do the same as Zoom?

Generally speaking, both tools are video collaboration tools. The user experience and some of the feature capabilities will differ; however, both tools are feature rich.

How many participants will be able to join my calls?

The Meet Premium Plan, which is the one assigned to you, today supports 150 participants including the host

Will I be able to share my screen for presentations?

Yes

Billing Questions

Will my billing change as a result of this change?

No, your billing will remain the same.

Will my contract date be restarted as a result of this change?

No. This is a technical feature change that does not impact your contract.
