Salesforce - Request License Activation
Digium Tech Support has released a tool that can be used by our customers in order to handle licenses increments directly on our website.
In order to access this tool:
Log into www.digium.com
Click on My Account
Move your mouse over Manage Products
Click View Registered products
In the software tab you should find your licences (You may want to click Show expired)
Once you locate the license key, In the action section you should see Request Activation (*)
Click Request Activation
(*) Note: Licensed software has a limited number of times that can be incremented, if your license already reached the maximum, the system won't show the action. In order to continue using the licensed binary, you will need to purchase a new license.
