Once an extension has been deleted, there will not be a way to retrieve. You can recreate the extension.

  • Check that the  IVR still exists

    • Go to Tools > PBX Features > IVR Editor

  • Reassign an extension to the IVR

    • Go to Setup > Extensions > Manage

    • Create Extension ( Choose Extension Type IVR )
