Overview

If you are not getting notification from TeamHub, your browser or system may not be properly configured. The following instructions can help with updating your notifications setting.


Chrome Browser

  • Open Chrome.

  • At the top right, click the 3 dot ( ⋮ ) icon.

  • Click Settings in the drop down menu.

  • Click Privacy and security in the left nav menu.

  • Click on Site settings.

  • Find “http://teamhub.sangoma.com/”.

  • Click the arrow to the right to expand.

  • Select “Allow” in the Notifications setting.

  • Select “Allow” in the Pop-ups and redirects setting.


Mac

  • Click the Apple menu .

  • Click System Settings

  • Click Notifications in the sidebar. (You may need to scroll down.)

  • Ensure the Allow notifications setting is turned on.

Windows

  • Select Window 10 or Windows 11 based on the version of Windows running on the device.
