Directory Panel

This article is a companion document for the SwitchboardDirectory Panel video. The Directory Panel is a centralized place to access anyone in the organization. It can be expanded or hidden to give you more Switchboard. 
 

• The Directory

Includes all available contacts that you have access to, as well as a complete internal company directory that is easily searchable.

• Search Bar

If you need to find someone, type their name (or part of their name) into the search bar and their contact will appear.

• TagsYou also have the option to organize the directory by tags. This allows you to search employees through their department.

• StatusYou can see who is and isn't on the phone, as well as employee's individual statuses. 

• Contact Card

You have the option to click on an employee's name to view their contact card, allowing you to Dial, Transfer, Chat, or Email them.
