Can Switchvox Use the Eth1 Interface?
Switchvox software does not support using multiple NICs. There are many parts of the base software that are hard coded to only work with the Eth0 interface and can't be altered. If you need to use more than one ethernet interface for your particular network setup you will need to use static routing on a router or firewall before the traffic reaches the Switchvox. Since static routing is outside of the Switchvox we can't support it, and for further information you would need to consult an IT professional in your area.
This also applies to Switchvox running in a virtualized environment, as the limitation on number of interfaces is coded into the Switchvox software.
