The only way to roll back at this time after updating to a new version of the Switchvox software is to reinstall from older media. This can be done via the installation CD provided at purchase, a Download link that can be provided by tech support, or through the partner portal for Digium Partners.

  1. Get an older ISO version and reinstall.

    • You may open a support ticket to request one.  You will need to provide the first six of your registration code and ISO version you are requesting. Go to http://my.digium.com/en/users/support-create-a-case/

    • If you have a backup of the software version that you are wanting to rollback to the version number is included in the filename.  For example the version number for this backup file "SVBACKUP_XXXX00_YYYY-MM-DD-HH-MIN-SS_54165-350-business.svb" will be 54165.  

  2. Reinstall

  3. Restore from Backup

    • Go to Server > Maintenance > Backups 

    • Upload and restore from backup
