Gate Keeper

This action places a ‘gatekeeper’ in the IVR that counts how many times a caller has traveled through the gate. This is useful to keep callers from getting stuck in infinite loops, or to trap callers that are trying to abuse the system. Use a Conditional Clause action to check the count, and send the caller to another IVR when they exceed the limit.
