THIS WIKI HAS BEEN UPDATED FOR VERSION 13 OF YOUR PBX GUI

What is the Languages module used for?

The Languages module is used to allow calls to be routed to localized or alternate language recordings.

How is the Languages module related to the other modules?

Any call that uses audio files will be affected after passing through this module. This sets the call language that will be honored whenever an appropriate audio file is available. If you use custom prompts or recordings, they would need to be recorded in the selected language you wish to use.

How do I get to the Languages module?

  • Log in to the PBX UI.

  • On the top menu click Applications

  • In the drop down click Languages
