What is the Do Not Disturb module used for?

Do not disturb (DND) allows calls to be rejected at the user's request via a feature code, UCP setting, or REST App.

Do Not Disturb affects end user call routing. The feature code is set in the Feature Codes module.

How do I get to the Do Not Disturb module?

Do Not Disturb has no independent management. There is no "Do Not Disturb" module under the GUI menus. Instead, Do Not Disturb is managed through extension-level settings and feature codes.
