If a Partner/ Customer or Prospect is interested in a CRM that is not listed above, the general process is:

  1. Provide Sangoma with API documentation for the CRM in question (it needs to be an open API that our Chrome extension is able to talk to)

  2. Our team will evaluate and provide a Level of Effort (LoE) and an approximate timeline (including if there are any additional costs for custom integrations)

  3. If agreed, then work would commence and Product will provide milestone updates until the CRM is pushed to General Availability (GA). Approximate timelines are 4-6 weeks

 

Some caveats to this would be:

  • If the CRM in question is ONLY a desktop app- we have a Chrome extension so talking to a native application is very custom work and would potentially be a non-starter unless it's open source code

  • If the request is for a call logging integration then it could be much longer and may require Sangoma to have access to a sandbox environment of that application, test user and significantly more detailed testing to potentially push it out to as far as 8-12 weeks depending on complexity of integration
