Unzip the file to a desired directory. To view the IMG 1010 webhelp, open the img.htm html page. 

If the table of contents does not appear in the left pane then this is probably due to the browser not allowing frames from your hard disk to access each others. It is therefore recommended to host the webhelp content on a local web server.
