A SIP Profile allows you to easily assign a number of SIP features to an External Gateway. SIP Profiles are created and assigned to a gateway in the External Gateway pane.

After a SIP Profile is created the following objects can be created to configure additional SIP features that apply to the profile:
IMG 1010 - SIP DTMF Support - Use this pane to enable and configure SIP DTMF support to send a DTMF digit to another gateway.
IMG 1010 - SIP Headers - Use this pane to enable support for the following:
Diversion Header Support
Time Stamp Support
IMG 1010 - SIP From: Header Tags (10.5.1_ER1 and above) - Use this pane to configure how the IMG handles certain tags in the SIP From header.
IMG 1010 - SIP Proxy - Use this pane to configure various settings for connection to a SIP Proxy.
IMG 1010 - SIP Profile Timers - Use this pane to configure SIP timers that apply to a specific SIP Profile.
IMG 1010 - SIP Session Timer - Use this pane to configure SIP Session Timer values.
IMG 1010 - SIP Options KeepAlive Configure (Busy Out) Use this pane to configure parameters for the Busy Out feature.
