Dialogic® IMG 2020 Integrated Media Gateway Release 2.3.0

Welcome to the WebHelp documentation for the Dialogic® IMG 2020 Integrated Media Gateway (also referred to herein as "IMG 2020" or "IMG 2020") Release 2.3.0. The WebHelp documentation provides installation and configuration information needed to install, setup, and configure the IMG 2020. For information pertaining to certain functionality added to specific releases, use the Search utility located just above the Table of Contents pane or refer to the latest topic.

It is necessary to remove all Release 2.2.0 licenses from the boot folder before loading a newly acquired Release 2.3.0 license. Retaining the older license will prevent the IMG 2020 from loading the Release 2.3.0 license properly, since the Release 2.2.0 license would still be loaded. Renaming the Release 2.2.0 license file is not sufficient. It must be removed completely from the FTP boot folder or the SD card.
