The IMG 2020 is a low profile (1U), rack-mounted system designed to fit into a 482.6 mm (19-inch) rack. It includes a docking station and a field replaceable tray that mates to the docking station. The IMG 2020 hardware provides:
Centralized and a distributed architecture
Scalable configurations
Front panel span and alarm status indicators
Rear I/O panel interfaces (host control, network interfaces, redundancy)
Configuration information provided on a sticker on the bottom of the unit (part number, revision, serial number, and MAC)
