Where to find the Serial Number

On the front of the Dialogic® CG series Media Board, the Serial Number is located under the barcode preceded by 'S/N'.
Alternatively, the Serial Number can be determined from the OAM board boot up report. See below for more details.

What does the Serial Number look like?

The serial number is a 10 digit number, for example: 1107357518

To determine the serial number of an active board:

Once the board is started, OAM will generate a booting report (listing boards type, model and location on the PCI bus, files downloaded, etc.) in /nms/oam/log/oam.rpt. The serial number can be seen as shown in the example below:
