Requesting a Key to be Signed

Requesting your key to be signed is quite simple:

  1. Read, Accept and Sign the Key Signing Agreement:

  2. Prove you are who your key says you are

  3. Identify the key you wish to have signed.

  4. Email the executed agreement back to code@sangoma.com

'Identify the key' means telling us the 8 or 16 digit Key ID that was generated as part of GPG Key Generation HowTo

Upon successful completion of this, and our approval of your legitimacy, we will sign the key specified in part 3, and then push the signature back out into the Web of Trust.

Afterwards you will need to "refresh" your local keys:

gpg --keyserver hkp://keyserver.ubuntu.com:80 --refresh-keys

You will see 'Updated: 1' when our signature has propagated to your machine.
