Overview
The Do Not Disturb module is used to reject calls at the user's request. This happens at a Dial Plan level. Note that DND may also be set at an endpoint level.
The Do Not Disturb module provides DND functionality. There is no "Do Not Disturb" module under the PBX GUI menus. Settings are controlled via feature codes, the User Control Panel (UCP), and REST Apps.

In the settings section of UCP, a user can toggle DND on or off by clicking the switch.
Automated Change
In the Presence section of UCP, a user can set DND based on presence state. For more info visit the appropriate UCP page.
REST Apps
If you are using the REST apps on your end point, you can use the DND option to toggle the DND state. See the REST apps page for details and supported devices.
