Do you have international service and what are the rates?

Yes, we do offer international outbound dialing. You need to enable this service in your SIPStation account in order to use it. Review this wiki for more information on how it works, what it costs, and how to enable it: "International Outbound Calling"

International Outbound Calling is not available with SIPStation Free Trials. You must have a regular SIPStation account in order to use this service.

What calling area does an High Volume Voice Trunk cover?

High Volume Voice Trunks cover the following rate centers with up to 3000 minutes per High Volume Trunk purchased. All other rate centers and phone numbers are considered international dialling including Alaska and you will need to enable International Outbound Calling.

• Lower 48 U.S. States 

• Canada (except Territories)

• Hawaii

• Puerto Rico

• US Virgin Islands
