Removing Fax Trunks

You can remove fax trunks from your SIPStation account by logging into the SIPStation web site, visiting the fax section, and selecting which trunk(s) to delete. The eFax Portal cannot be used to remove trunks. An admin user will need to log into SIPStation.com.

1. Go to http://www.sipstation.com 

2. Log into your account, and choose a location if applicable.

3. Click Fax in the navigation menu.

4. Navigate to Available DIDs section

5. Click the red minus sign for the trunk you wish to delete.

   1. in our example above, we click on the minus sign beside Main Office
      
      
      

6. A window will pop up asking you to confirm deletion of the trunk you want to delete.  Click on Accept to continue
   
   
   

   
   
   
   

7. Repeat the process for any additional trunks you wish to remove.
