If you have any troubles installing your FAXStation CPE device, these quick tips may help!

Symptom | Problem | Resolution |
No lights or LEDs are lit | Unit does not have power | Ensure you are using only the correct power adapter supplied with your FAXStation CPE device. |
Not online for service | Unit does not have proper connectivity | Ensure the CPE is connected via the WAN port to your DHCP enabled network |
No network light or LED | Network cable is bad or port on router/switch is bad | Try a different network cable, or connect the FAXStation CPE to a different router/switch port |
