How to create a new account for Sangoma community portal

How to create a new account for the Sangoma community portal.

If you have a username and password from http://portal.sangoma.com you will not need to create a new account

 

  1. Go to https://help.sangoma.com

  2. On the upper right click on "log in"

  1. From this page, on the right side, click on "Create Account"

  1. Fill in your email address in both fields, and then click on "Continue"

 

 

 

  1. Complete all the fields on this page. 

  1. Make sure to check the boxes at the bottom of the page (see above)

  1. Validate your email address, as per the instructions, and log in

Once you've validated your email you should be able to log into the community site and create cases, view cases you've opened, and edit/update previously opened cases.
