Sangoma Meet - How to access Sangoma Meet

You can schedule and join a meeting using one of the following options that suites you best. For the best experience, we recommend using the Desktop app version.

Sangoma Meet Web (Browser)

Sangoma Meet will run inside your browser. So, what you need is to simply navigate to Sangoma Meet, where you can start a new meeting, schedule a meeting or join a meeting you have been invited to. For the best experience we recommend using latest version of Google Chrome. Other supported browsers: Microsoft Edge, Firefox.

Sangoma Meet Mobile and Desktop App.

App Installation

• Reference the Sangoma Meet - How to Install or Update the Sangoma Meet App guide for the app installation instructions.

Access Sangoma Meet

• Open the Sangoma Meet App

  • Note: You will have to allow Sangoma Meet to access your Audio and Video to be able to join a call.

• Login to the Sangoma Meet using your Business Voice, CommUnity or Switchvox credentials.

  • Note: If you are using the free version login using your Google account credentials.

• To start a new meeting ad hoc, click on the "Start a new Meeting" blue button.

• To schedule a meeting for a later date, click on the "Schedule" button. You will be prompted with with the meeting link, password and a phone number to share with your meeting participants via email, text or chat.

• To join a meeting, simply click on "Join" button and enter the "Meeting ID" you received from your host.
