Sangoma Portal/Store - How to Locate Customer ID Number

You can locate your Customer ID number from 2 different places in the Sangoma Portal.

When logged in you can click on your User Profile tab on the top right corner by clicking on your name

the menu will slide down and show you your Customer Number

You can also view your Customer Number or any other Customer that you have permissions to see by brining up your organization inside the Portal under the Users/Customers Section

Click on Users/Customers > List Customers

Locate the Customer Name and in the table you will see the Customer Number
