SC_Apps- Call Forward App

Overview

The Call Forward application lets you easily enable call forwarding in different-different scenario. Just open your app and add/update the numbers.

Configure number for call forwarding

There is three options, so user can set the number accordingly.

  • Unconditional: Forward calls immediately regardless of current state of line/PBX to the number entered.

  • Unavailable: Forward calls if the customer endpoint becomes unresponsive due to an Internet outage or software/configuration failure of endpoint.

  • Busy: Forward calls if the customer endpoint is busy, usually due to being on an active call.
