We are pleased to announce that Sangoma Talk Mobile Version 1.0.16 is now available

As per Google Play’s requirements, Sangoma Talk is targeting an outdated version of Android. To maintain a safe and secure user experience, Google Play mandates that all apps comply with the target API level requirements. To ensure version consistency across platforms, we will be releasing updates for both our apps simultaneously to improve the services further. The update will also include the following improvements: Â
Android:
Added "Transferred Call" Label on the History Tab:
A new feature has been introduced in the call history tab that clearly marks calls that have been transferred. This helps users easily identify and differentiate transferred calls from others, improving call management and tracking.
Added Total Number of Contacts to the Bottom of the Contact List:
Users can now see the total count of their contacts displayed at the bottom of the contact list. This addition provides a quick overview of the total number of contacts, offering better visibility and easier management.
Fixed Attended Transfer Issue:
An issue where attended transfers were not functioning correctly has been resolved. Users can now perform attended transfers seamlessly without encountering any disruptions or errors.
Fixed GSM Call Button Issue:
A bug that caused the GSM call button to malfunction has been fixed. This ensures that users can now use the GSM call functionality without any issues.
Improved History Tab When There Are No Entries:
The history tab has been enhanced to provide a better user experience when there are no call entries. This improvement ensures that the UI remains clean and informative even when the history is empty.
Improved Push Notification Translation:
The translation of push notifications has been refined, ensuring that messages are accurately and clearly conveyed in the user’s preferred language.
Improved SIP Log Naming and Format:
The naming convention and format of SIP logs have been improved for better organization and readability. This change facilitates easier troubleshooting and analysis of SIP-related issues.
Fixed Crashes Reported from Firebase:
Several crashes reported through Firebase have been addressed, improving the overall stability and reliability of the app.
Fixed Standard ICM (Incoming Call Mode) Issues:
Problems with the Incoming Call Mode feature have been fixed, ensuring that incoming calls are handled correctly and efficiently.
iOS:
Fixed Crash When Deleting the Last Entry in Call History:
An issue causing the app to crash when the last entry in the call history was deleted has been resolved, ensuring a smooth and stable user experience when managing call logs.
Fixed Local Push Issues:
Problems with local push notifications have been addressed, resulting in more reliable and timely notifications within the app.
Improved Call Transfer Behavior:
The call transfer functionality has been enhanced, providing a smoother and more intuitive experience when transferring calls. Users will find the process more reliable and efficient.
