Sangoma Talk for Business Voice - Call Forwarding guide
Overview
The Call Forward application lets you easily enable call forwarding for following scenarios:
Unconditional: Forward all calls immediately.
Unavailable: Forward calls if extension is not answered.
Busy: Forward calls if the extension is busy.
How to access Call Forwarding
From the Sangoma Talk app click on the Apps ( ⋮ ) icon and the available applications are displayed.
Click on the Call Forwarding icon.
Configure Call Forwarding
Enter a number that calls should be forwarded to for the desired scenario.
Delete a previously entered number.
Turn on or off the desired scenario.
Note: Calls will only be forwarded for the scenarios that are turned on.
