Each Call Queue panel in your Switchboard contains views into that queue’s activity and statistics for the day. For queue members, you can log into or out of each queue with one click. Or, you can pause your status and add a comment, letting your co-workers know why you’re unavailable and when you’ll be back. You must have permission to use this.
