Can I peer Switchvox Cloud instances together?
No. Peering between Switchvox Cloud instances is not a supported application. In the past, peering was used to achieve multiple parking lots; however, this is no longer necessary with the release of Switchvox 6.3. This release added support for multiple parking lots, thus removing the need to peer multiple Switchvox Cloud instances together.

Can I peer my Switchvox appliance with Switchvox Cloud?
No. Peering between Switchvox Cloud and a premises based Switchvox appliance is a non-standard application. This application requires both Switchvox Cloud and the Switchvox appliance to be on the same software version. Maintaining matching software versions between the Switchvox appliance and Switchvox Cloud poses operational issues for the customer that can result in numerous issues when not properly synchronized.
