Switchvox - How to Set Up and Manage Switchvox for the Desktop Softphone App

For Switchvox versions 8.x or later, see Switchvox - Using the Switchvox Apps . As of version 8.0.1, the Switchvox administrator no longer needs to assign the desktop softphone to each user; all users can log into the desktop softphone app.
