FONcall is a Firefox plugin that makes any phone number on any page a click-to-call link.  Once you hold your mouse over the highlighted number, an image appears with the number formatted as an underlined link.  Click the underlined number and your phone will automatically initiate a call.

FONcall is EOL (End of Life) at this time, barring updates to the contrary, and will not work on Firefox versions higher than 14.0.  FONcall is not compatible with Firefox 15+.
