Overview

FindMe/FollowMe setting enables incoming calls to “find me” and deliver those calls to any location, while “follow me” provides the ability to receive calls at any number of your designated devices. Your “follow me” phone number is routed through a list of numbers you choose, in your preferred order, until the call connects to you.

If incoming calls are not answered within a specific number of rings, they are instantly transferred to the voicemail system. Callers are prompted to leave voice messages, which can be retrieved later, at your convenience.

How to set up FindMe/Follow Me?

  1. Sign into TeamHub (Desktop or Web).

  2. From the top bar, click the Integration button to access the advanced settings:

  3. The FM/FM (FindMe/FollowMe) setting will list all your available extensions to set up your call routing as you prefer. To configure the FM/FM settings for each extension, click on the toggle to view the options:

  1. You can select “All”, “Forward” or “Sequence”. The default setting is set to “All” for each extension you enable the FM/FM for.

  1. Set the Duration (in seconds) for how long you wish to receive the call and wait before it jumps to the next number.

  2. Add or Edit the extensions or numbers that you would like to route. You have up to 4 numbers to set up your call routing.

  3. You can either add an extension number or your 10-digit phone number.

  4. To delete a number, click on the Delete icon located on the right side of the Extension/Number field.

FindMe/FollowMe Options

There are 3 options to set up your FM/FM:

  • All

    • Calls to your selected extension will ring your extension and any other numbers that you define in your list, all at once.

    • All unanswered calls return to the primary extension's voicemail.

  • Forward

    • Calls to your selected extension will be sent automatically to the number you define in your Extension/Number list.

    • All unanswered calls return to the primary extension's voicemail.

  • Sequence

    • Calls to your extension will ring your extension and any other numbers that you define in your Extension/Number list, in order.

    • Use drag and drop to rearrange the ring order of all subsequent extensions and numbers.

    • All unanswered calls return to the primary extension's voicemail.

Note: the FM/FM settings can be defined from Business Voice portal by your administrator and will be synced with what you set up in TeamHub.
