Although you cannot create a new ticket by e-mailing Support directly (you must reply to an existing ticket with the [Fonality Ticket #] in square brackets in the subject of your e-mail), you can submit support tickets.  See this article for details: How to: Submit Fonality Support Tickets

In addition to submitting a ticket, you can also call our support hotline, at 1-310-861-4315 or toll-free at 866-FONALITY (for AU support please call 1300 874 928). You will need your Server ID number.  Your Server ID is printed on the sticker on the front of your server, or in the login credentials that were e-mailed to you.  The Server ID is also in the subject line of all e-mails Fonality Support sends you.

For general technical assistance, our telephone support team is available between 8am to 8pm for all time zones.

We also have 24/7 system down emergency support.  Please note: Emergency support is only for situations where you can't make or receive any telephone calls with any phones, it's affecting your business, and your server was working previously (for example).

If you are experiencing such a major emergency issue (another example would be if all your customer calls are being dropped), simply call into the technical assistance hotline:

1-866-FONALITY (for AU support please call 1300 874 928)

and follow the menu options to "declare an emergency". Our system will connect you to an on-call emergency technician 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
