SWVX-13796 Switchvox Stops Processing Calls

Description: In some circumstances Switchvox will stop processing calls. No calls can be places in or out of the system. This problem is caused by a deadlock issue in Asterisk, and can be temporarily resolved by performing a Software Restart.
