Making Pre-Payment on Orders
If you are looking to make a payment on a invoice that you were granted Credit Terms on please review the wiki on Making Payments on Invoices.
If you placed your order as a Pre Pay customer and did not pay with a Credit Card on checkout and instead pick Check or Wire option, your order gets put into a holding queue and the status set to Waiting on Payment until we receive pre-payment for this order the order will not processed or shipped.
This only affect customers who are Pre-Pay if you are a Credit Terms customer your order will auto process still and a invoice will be generated for you to pay based on your Credit Terms
Since the order has not been processed yet, no invoice is generated until we process the order. You will have 2 options. Â
You can mail a check or send a wire or you can use a Credit Card to place your order which will automatically remove the order from waiting on payment and start the process of fulfilling your order.

Payment by Check or Wire for Sangoma US
Please make sure you review your invoice to see if you are a Sangoma Technologies or a Sangoma US customer. The instructions below are for Sangoma US orders only which you can determine by looking at the order itself in the top left corner it will say Sangoma US or Sangoma Technologies.

Payment by Credit Card
To make a credit card payment on your order Log into the Portal at https://portal.sangoma.com.Â
Navigate to the Orders tab and pick the Waiting on Payment option at the top
From here you will see a list of all your orders with Sangoma that have a status of "waiting on payment"
Click on the Change Payment Method icon.
You can now pick Credit Card option and walk through the process of entering your Credit Card information.
