Making Payments on Invoices

  • If you are looking to make a payment on a invoice(s) that you were granted Credit Terms on please click on one of the options below depending if you are a Sangoma US or Sangoma Technologies Customer based on what your invoice shows at the top left corner as Sangoma US or Sangoma Technologies.  

     

  • If you placed your order as a Pre Pay customer and did not pay with a Credit Card on checkout and instead picked the Check or Wire option, your order gets put into a holding queue and the status set to Waiting on Payment until we receive pre-payment for this order the order will not process or ship.  Please follow our wiki Making Pre-Payment on Orders
