How to Purchase Support Contracts
You can use the online Sangoma Partner Portal to buy support contracts. We are always trying to make it easier for our customers and welcome your feedback on the process.
Purchasing Support Contracts
Log into the Portal at https://portal.sangoma.com. If you do not have an account, please see How to Create a Portal Account.
Forgot your password? Click the I forgot my password link if you need assistance.Click on the Store option in the left side menu.
Click the Product tab in the horizontal row of tabs for the product you want to buy a support contract from. In our example we will use PBXact UC product.
Pick Support & Warranties from the left nav.
Provide your Deployment ID or Serial number for the product and press Next
The Wizard will inform you of how many packages you would need to purchase to bring the support contract current. Support contracts must remain in place from original purchase date. So if your last renewal or purchase date of the product is over a year old it will make you purchase the catch-up years to get current.
