Removing Program Keys on the Phone
Program keys such as Voicemail and Menu are enabled by default. To disable these keys, you will need to modify the basefile of the template for which you want the buttons disabled.

Note: In addition to enable and disable, the Menu key also has an optional PIN mode, requiring that a specified PIN be entered before showing the menu.

How to disable or remap a Program Key
At this time, the remapping settings for most keys can only be changed from the Base File editor in Endpoint Manager. Please review How to use Base File Editor in EPM.
The Menu and Menu PIN settings can be changed in a template in Endpoint Manager. The options are Menu Key Type and Menu PIN.
The P Codes that you will want to change for the remapping are listed below.
